我花了10個月完整學了一季的《The big bang theory》，背了2000句台詞，每天復習一遍。現在看帶英文字幕的影視劇已經問題不大了。其實方法是次要的，最重要的是要形成肌肉記憶。學會一種語言，其實是你的嘴部肌肉記住了發音規則，沒別的東西。
首先，我會把每一句不懂的臺詞都記下來，做成筆記，大概一集要45分鐘，每集大概50-70條左右；其次，每個不懂單字或短語，都查一下，注意要單字要查字根，了解一下這個單字是怎麼構詞的，其實英文單字和正體字造字很像的；然後，每天新背5-7條，並復習之前兩個月內背過的，兩個月前背過的可以七天一背，一般背一個月之後就會形成條件反射。大概就是這些吧。
比如今天在候診時背了這些∶Well, you doled out affection as a reward for achievement--a proven way to raise a child. 你將少量關愛作為獎勵發放在他們取得成就時這種教子之方已被證實有效。
